Spoke with Tom Miller on the phone. Seemed personable that's why I chose them. They contracted with Fenix to transport my honda from Illinois to California. The driver called several days in advance to let me know when the car would arrive and also called a half hour right before delivery. Overall I was pleased with the process and service.
