Overall good experience. I would use them again. I was originally quoted at $800 to transport my Honda CRV from San Diego to DC, but the carrier wanted $50 more. That seemed reasonable since most other companies were quoting me at higher rates. The carrier that I was assigned to was Ultra Power Trans. I researched them and they had an F rating on the BBB, which was disconcerting. They were not diligent about calling me to schedule a pick-up, but David was good about following up with them and me. In the end, the car was transported a day earlier than I had asked and had no damage (haven't found any yet - it's been 2 weeks).
