I had no idea what I was getting into when I started this process.I had several quotes from several companies. Some told me they WERE associated with the Better Business Bureau but when I searched and could not find them on the BBB website, they quickly told me they were "working on" their BBB membership. NOT THE SAME AT ALL.

After doing my homework, I came accross Honesty First Auto Transport. They had also called to give me a quote so I checked into their reputation. I found it IMPECCABLE. Information was readily available about the company on the BBB website and I found nothing negative on the WEB about them whatsoever. They have been around for a couple of years and had hundreds of positive reviews on Transport reviews.com alone.

When I spoke with David, he explained the entire shipping process in detail to me. He even pulled up the central dispatch website to find another "underhanded" company had placed my name on the dispatch board without a contract! I found out this would affect the carriers decision to transport my car as it would appear I had doube booked! He told me how to contact that company and have them remove me from the "board"

This all happened on a Thursday. I made the decision to go with Honesty First on Friday, I paid my deposit on Saturday morning (uncharged until vehicle was picked up)...MY VEHICLE WAS PICKED UP ON MONDAY...and DELIVERED ON WEDNESDAY! SO EASY!!!!

The driver gave me his cell phone number and kept me informed of where he was the entire time.
Th whole process was very very professional and went EXACTLY as I was promised.

I couldn't be happier with this transport company and I will definitely recommend them and or use them again...FANTASTIC!
