I did a ton of research on this as it seems like a lot of people get burned doing auto transport. I had never done this before and was stressing pretty hard over it. Honesty was the only firm that would not accept money until they contracted a truck. This was the deal maker for me. Plus, 575.00 from LA to Houston seemed good to me.

At the last minute I had an issue with the car as the brakes went out. Jennifer contacted the trucker and they said as long as the parking brake worked they could deal with it.

They picked the car up the next day and delivered it early (1 day). this was not a problem as we are home all day to recieve it.

One thing I would do is watch the excellent youtube vidoes that Honesty has on line. They were very informative to me and helped me make my decision to use them.

BE SURE you have a back up plan on where to meet the truck. These things are huge and they cannot get into some neighborhoods (ours) due to low hanging trees.

The driver was very nice and we were able to guide him to the alternate drop place with no problem. Car arrived undamaged and ready to go.

Use them. They are legit.
