First of all, if you want honest feedback, do not start off with directions telling me the minimum I must write. If the company valued the information enough to offer a rebate, it is assumed you would dedicate enough of your own time to read through the responses with a discerning eye and filter the bogus responses. Customers going to this webpage alone would provide valuable marketing information if it is setup correctly.
The service upfront was respectful and honest. The agent even provided a good recommendation on the offering price. The contracted carrier was not the best, however. The delivery date came and went without any notification. The car arrived three days late without any contact until I picked up the phone- unacceptable. Adding insult to injury, the carrier informed me- on the day of arrival no less- that he would accept cash or money order only. This became more than an inconvenience with other commitments going on that day now that I had to go to the bank. This I found interesting considering I used a credit card for the deposit with Honesty.

You get what you pay for, I guess. It was $50 higher than the lowest bid. Cheers.
