There was a problem in Florida, driver never called the day the dispatcher said he would. Then he said he couldn't bring the truck to the house. Tried to get us to drive the car to Tampa.

On the delivery, they never showed the day they said they would or call. I had to call them twice to find out what happened. Then they said the truck broke down with no explanation and it was alarming as for 2 hours I didn't know if there was a problem with my car.

When it did arrive the next day, the driver was courteous and apologetic. The car seemed fine, but there was a mysterious receipt in the car from an auto part place in the mid west for 98.00, so I don't know what that was all about.

Breakdowns and delays are always frustrating for everyone involved, so we understand her poor review. We are very glad that the driver was courteous and apologetic when he finally did arrive and apologize for any inconvenience. Hope this review helps you with your decision.
