When I called Tom, I expected that my car would be picked up the day I wanted it to be. He explained that bids were put in on the job and it could take time. He projected that it would take at least a week though he would post it immediately. The next day he called to tell me my car would be picked up on the day I requested. I was so thrilled! He followed up with numerous emails to be sure I was kept up-to-date with how the pick-up and delivery would proceed. Making the down payment was easy and secure. The company he connected me with did an outstanding job which in my opinion is a reflection on the screening process done by Honesty First Auto Transport Inc.
