Admittedly, their service was the cheapest of the many that contacted me. I contacted them on Wednesday, August 31st to confirm the shipping. There was a $50 deposit and Ernesto tried to talk me up to an $80 deposit. I refused. He said he would contact me as soon as he had a driver and made it seem like he would have a driver by the end of the day. He did not call back Wednesday. He DID NOT CONTACT ME at all on Thursday. I had to call three times on Friday. I always had to initiate contact because they said they would call me back and never did. Then, they gave me the driver's number. The driver was LATE to the pick up. I had already waited two days and then the driver said he would be at the pick up location at 6 but he did not get there until 8 P.M. Then it was LATE to delivery. I was told it would get there on Monday. It got there on Thursday. And when it got there, my car radio, along with the cd inside and iPod attached, was STOLEN because the driver did not lock my car. When I called to complain about it to Ship2Day, Johnny made it seem like he would be able to get me a full refund. And instead, all I got was my $50 deposit back. It was an absolute nightmare. Please avoid the trouble and shell out the extra money for a different transporter. Because the money I saved was not worth the anxiety and stress of dealing with Ship2Day.
