I needed a new car delivered from Pennsylvania to Missouri and the dealership would not assist nor recommend a carrier. My research was finding reviews of shotty transport companies, significantly delayed delivery times, inflated quotes and lost refunds. Shipping a Car's rate was reasonable and Neal Perkins was understanding of my concerns, non-pressuring and helpful.
The transport was contracted to Lightning Express for a Friday pickup and Sunday delivery. The driver, Chris C., was there when they opened, which surprised the dealership as they hadn't completely finalized my paperwork! Chris (and his dispatcher) were willing to give them time and circle back, which he did. I received a call Sat. morning that Chris would be in my area by 5pm and would I mind an early delivery? Heck No! Chris was at my house by 4:45. Very conscientious and nice guy. I give everybody the "side eye" but Lightning and Shipping a Car won over this skeptic. High marks to them.
