Neal was honest, trustworthy, and helpful. This industry is a huge hassle to deal with as all the brokers post your job on the central dispatch board and simply tack on a fee. Neal was the only one worthy of that fee. I had a few other companies post my job on the board without my permission, causing me to lose time and not get bids properly at first. Neal helped me sort through it and we got the car here quickly. He was upfront about how things worked and did everything he could to help me. I suggested a friend use him and my friend's car actually got picked up faster than mine because it was a more desirable route. I will call Neal again if I need transport, hands down. Don't bother calling or emailing other companies or you'll get endless phone calls and emails nonstop for days after you ask for help. Just call or email Neal and be done with it.
