Neal was so great, he was with me through the whole thing and if I called even over the weekend he got right back with me. This company is wonderful and I loved working with them. Sadly the trucking company that Neal had set up, that they had perfect reviews, was the ones that didn't communicate and after the truck braking down with my car on it and not getting in touch with me was the issue. Neal was always there to help me get a hold of them. He was very disappointed in the trucking company as well. I would use this company again in a second to help me set up transportation. Just not use that trucking company again...
