This was my worst experience ever. This company is horrible and I don't reccomend them AT ALL. First of all my quote price went up $300 at no fault of mine when my truck was picked up. So not only were they 6 days late but then tell me I have to pay him another $300. Second, the guy picking up my truck never came when he said he would. There was always some excuse for the pick up and delivery to be pushed back another and another day. I understand there is no guarentee for the pick up and delivery dates because things do come up but the guy never had the decency to call us to inform us of the status. We would rearrange plans because we thought he was coming and had to call him to find out if he was coming because the time passed and never heard from him. Half the time he never answered his phone. Not once did that guy call us, we called him each and everytime. Third, they say door to door but they wanted us to drive out of our way to meet them at a truck stop. Then after the fact they tell us that our tires and wheels aren't covered under the contract when we were never told this. We even brought this up when first placing the order but of course weren't told it would not be covered. This company has horrible customer service. I don't recommend them. I paid them good money to drive my truck across country to receive horrible service. Very disatisfied.
