After winning my first bid on e-bay, a beautiful 2003 CBR1100XX, I suddenly found myself in a real pickle. I had never done anything like this before and was a little overwhelmed with the immediate tasks at hand. The bike was in North Carolina and I live in California. I had heard so many horror stories that I became very concerned.

Not knowing how to pay the seller, take the title and have any assurance at all about the transaction was my main concern. Thus my experience with Shippingmasters.

I called Paul at Shippingmasters and he walked me through the entire process. When I expressed my concerns he explained their document transfer service. This is an optional service designed to help the seller and the buyer exchange payment and title.

I have to say the seller, as it turned out, was a really great guy who also had not done a deal like this either. He was patient and got right on board with the plan Paul had set up for us.

I would highly recommend Shippingmasters and should I ever need to ship another motorcycle again I will use them for sure.

Pick-up dates were right on time as scheduled and the delivery was very timely as well.
