On my initial phone contact with Shippingmasters LLC, my point of contact was very informative and professional.
After the process was explained and the amount due to transport two motorcycles, all went very well.
.
Having concerns on the unfavorable reviews of the transport company assigned, my point of contact at Shippingmasters assured me most of the unfavorables were bogus and or unproven. He was right! The transport vendor did an outstanding job.
Over exceeding my expectations is the reason for my five star rating.
