We appreciate all customer feedback but almost everything mentioned in this review is not accurate. The order was booked online by the customer on 5/4 with a pickup date of "5/6 ( or 1-4 days after )" This was written in a very large font on the customer's order confirmation email which he had to have viewed and confirmed in order for us to even accept his payment and for us to send the order to dispatch. The customer started calling us on 5/5 (just one day after booking) and making threats to post bad reviews and demanding carrier information. We explained to him then that we are working on this but there is a 1-4 day window for pickup and it was always this way and we never changed anything on our end. Our team was genuinely trying to get a carrier there that day but no drivers were available on such short notice. After we politely explained all this to the customer, he got very mad and posted this bad review claiming we are a scam even though he knows very well what actually took place. We never missed any deadlines since he cancelled on day 1 of the 1-4 day pickup window. Lastly we have been trying to reach Todd since Tuesday regarding his refund but he has not been responding to our multiple attempts at reaching him. We called, emailed and texted but there has been no response. Thank you for reading our side of things. We always do everything possible to ensure all loads get assigned and picked up within the 1-4 day window we require. Have a great day.
