I placed an order online. I received prompt call back and instructions on how to pay in full using Paypal. I did this. Almost 3 weeks pass with not pickup. Was told initially truck would be picked up later in the week. Talk and agreed to cancel order with Full refund since nothing was done. 3 week pass and still No refund. I called over 30 times in the past 2 months. I receive nothing but excuse after excuse – Example of Excused: – Computer down, Computer slow, Cindy is busy, Cindy is at lunch will return in 30 minutes – 2 hours later still at lunch. NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK!! I am calling my lawyer now. I think I have been patient enough. Please never do business with this company!
