Showroom Transport did an excellent job from the beginning to end of the whole process. The customer service agent provided a quote and time guarantee for the delivery of our trailer. The guaranteed pickup of our trailer within 10 days.

Once we comitted to have Showroom Transport deliver our trailer, we were placed in touch with the driver Robert Dochnahl. He told to he would pick up our trailer on Monday October 15, 2007 and call us to let us know he was beginning the trip. Robert called us on Monday to inform us that he was on the way and that he would in Sacramento by Friday.

Robert stayed in constant touch with us to ensure everything was going well. He was very professional and wanted to make sure we were happy with his progress.

I highly recommend using Showroom Transport. They are a company that definitely underpromisses and over delivers! They did everything to make our experience a postive one.

We are ready to head out and take a trip in our new trailer.
