Terrible customer service and communication by company agents and driver throughout the whole shipping experience. Cart picked up 4 days from requested date and delivered the cart at 1030PM at night. The whole thing had to be micro-managed by myself or it may have even been longer to get it picked up and delivered. Terrible shipping experience. Will not use them again!
