I was ecstatic when showroom quoted me half of what the competitors had quoted me. Come to find out they quoted me too low and couldn't get a truck to transport my equipment for what they quoted me. Once I brought it to their attention they told me that they would MAYBE be able to get someone to move it if I paid double!!! They offered me a full refund which I took immediately, however I still haven't gotten the refund.
