After being lied to and neglected by a broker only transport company (Crossroads, FL), I searched deeper on the web to find Showroom Transport, and I gave Ty a call on a Sat. I explained that the 10 day delay caused by the FL broker, not only was costing me money, but the delay would impact other scheduling negatively as well. He told me he would get the vehicle shipped ASAP. The vehicle was picked up within 2 days and delivered the following morning. Thanks, Ty, for a rapid response.
