We first called when considering buying a too-good-to-pass-up 5th wheel while on vacation- and didn't even have a truck yet. The quote was so reasonable, compared to what the dealer thought it would be, we didn't even get a second one. WEEKS later, when some work was finished on the rig and we'd done the walkthrough, we called back. Their prices had gone up, but they honored the quote and picked up the rig the next morning. How the driver, Tracy, got it through the Penn and Ohio state turnpikes beats me- we had just driven the route a couple of days before, and there were places where a big rig would have about 6 inches a side because of construction- but it arrived safe and sound. Tracy had to wait an hour for us (we were expecting him later), but he cheerfully spent another hour, in a cold drizzle, going over a lot of things for us clueless newbies. Outstanding service, highly recommended.
