DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING AND WILL NOT RETURN YOUR MONEY IF YOU CANCEL.

I tried to ship my car from my hometown in MA to Sacramento CA and went through Showtime to get it there in time for me to fly out later that week. I was promised a pickup time of 3/26/12 but no truck was there to pick it up. I called the next day and was promised that it was on the way, but no truck came 3/27, or 2/28, or 3/29. When asked, I was told that 1. the driver was the issue, but I was not provided with a contact number for the driver and quoted a "conflict of interest" and 2. that if I provided an extra $200-$300 I would receive faster service. I therefore found other means of transporting my car across the country and canceled the contract with them. I was told I would receive my $60 return check from my $150 deposit but have not received anything almost 3 months later. I have tried calling, but recently have been getting a quick hang-up or left on hold until I hang up (70+ minutes at one time) or more recently hung up on after about 20 of hold time.

This company is a fraud. They even have a sketchy business address.

I have contacted the Better Business Bureau, at http://www.seflorida.bbb.org/ and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration - Household Goods Program at https://www.protectyourmove.gov/

I am still waiting on word back from the FMCSA. I hope you have better luck not using this carrier than I did.
