DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY LIE ABOUT EVER, THEY DO NOT DELIVER THE SERVICE THAT THEY PROMISE AND WILL NOT RETURN YOUR MONEY IF YOU CANCEL.
05/02/2012 entered a contract with Showtime Transport to transport my 2002 Camery from California to Arkansas. I had retired, sold my home and moving back to Arkansas on 06/11/2012. ShowTime gave me a pick up date for my vehicle 06/08/2012. The sales person was Adrian, he assured me that my vehicle would be pick up on time and that I had nothing to worry about. On 06/05/2012, I called just to confirm the pick up, I got Burt, he told me that Adrian was no longer there. I was then transferred to custome service and talked with Sofie whom again assured me that we were good to go on 06/08/2012. I asked if she had a pick up time, Sofie said that she would call the driver and get back with me today. I got no call back that day. On 06/06/2012 Call Sofie back she said that the driver's truck broke down and she was now getting another driver to make the pick up, once again assurance that they would pick up the car. 06/07/2012 Still trying to get a driver, 06/08/2012 she had gotten a driver and he would have to do the pick late in the evening. The pick up was never made, called Sofie back 06/09/2012 the driver's truck broke down, she was checking to see if she get another driver, she said that she would call back in one hour, I called her back after two hour they had gone for the day. These lies went on even after I had caught my flight and gotten to Arkansas. Call UFirst Auto Transport 6/11/2012 and they picked up my Car 06/12/2012 and delivered it to Arkansas. Called Sofier to cancel contract, I would have to submit a letter cancelling contract and they would not refund my full deposit, they would keep $90 for administrative fee. 09/18/2012 still no refund.
