I originally set up a delivery for my 2011 Mustang GT with Showtime Auto Transport & they had a guaranteed pickup time on a Friday. I had a friend of mine check the central dispatch board on Friday afternoon & my car was still on the board (the afternoon of the day of pickup) with no carrier picking it up. I immediately called & canceled the order & they still charged my credit card when they said they wouldn't.
After that while I was on the phone with my friend he checked the board again to see if they removed it & they upped the bid price without my approval. I had to call central dispatch & have then remove it. And after all of this I was still charged & now I'm having to dispute the charge with my credit card company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! ! You will be disappointed our charged more than the agreed price!

This is obvious another company posted this review Chris if you had your friend check on central dispatch then why didnt you just post the vehicle yourself since your friend was nice enough to tell you that it was still on the national board and that way you could of avoided a brokerage fee the funny part is a couple minutes later you leave a 5 star review for transport connection let me guess was youre rep bill who instructed you in doing all this was that the gentlemen holding your hand the entire time. THIS REVIEW IS FAKE ITS FROM ANOTHER COMPANY THAT HAS NOTHING BETTER TO DO.
