Showtime never could do what they said

Salesperson was two weeks off from first quoted pick up date. My seller waited 4 hours for pick up after Showtime called and confirmed pick up day before. No one called. No one showed. After charging me agreed $150 deposit Showtime billed my credit card without my knowledge additional $1,400 1 week before picking up car. Carrier trailer got damaged from snow and couldn't make delivery. Showtime said new carrier would pick car up next day but didn't have anyone lined up. When I asked for refund so I could contact new company they refused. When I called credit card company to dispute $150 I learned about $1400 charge. When credit card company called Showtime with me on phone they said they already mailed $1400 refund. They agreed to stop payment on check and credit 150 deposit. 3 weeks later the check they said they mailed has not arrived and agreement with cc company to reverse charges hasn't happened. Visa is now disputing the charges. They have done Nothing they said they would do from he start. Stay away.
