I’ll try to keep this short but no promises lol. My car broke down 300 miles away from home and i had to figure out how to get my car to the shop. My first mistake was using an auto transport company called ELITE AUTO SHIPPING(yes im calling them out, look them up on here). They are full blown scammers who scammed me out of $100 using false promises. Between all this chaos, Alma was my saving grace, she reached out even though had a contract with that other company (elite auto) and told me what to look out for when dealing with car transportation companies and even told me about this website to verify other companies. Regardless she definitely earned my business and made the entire process seamless and headache free. My favorite part about working with her was she was a very effective communicator who communicated everything on the front end . I will be contacting her business in the future when I need my car transported again. 10/10 service
