Silva has THE worst costomer relations I've ever experienced in my life. They advertise 24/7, yet hardly ever answer the phone, and take 3-5 days to return a call. My agent was told the car would be picked up within 10 days, which it wasn't. He called to find out why, and he got a lecture on reading the FINE print, and they had 30 days to pick up the car. Ok fine, I called myself and had to leave a message, because no one answered the phone for 3 days, asking for an update. I got a call back saying they were trying to find a driver, this was 15 days after placing the order to ship my car. 31 days come and now I have to go through the hassel of jumping through hoops to try and get my money back. Only one update was given and that was on my calling. I went to 1stchoiceshipping.com and the car was picked up within 36 hours, and delivered to me within 8 days of placing the order. Silva is a SCAM to get your money and nothing more. They just hope you cancel and get to keep $100 of your $200 deposit. Stay far away from this mom and pop broker!!!
