We placed an order a MONTH in advance. So they had four weeks before the pick up date to schedule a driver. My cars pick up date was supposed to be January 21, 2008. The order had been placed December 21, 2008. It is now February 27,2008 and my car was NEVER picked up. I called every other day wanting to know the status of my car. I would not use again. Four weeks advance notice and then an addition 30 days goes by, that's just not acceptable.
