I tried to have my car shipped with the "Silva auto transport" in Watsonville CA, a month after I paid the deposit with them, my car did not even get picked up. They triggered me with a least price of $725 at that time, however, I finally knew the least the driver asked for my route was $700 excluding the hundreds of dollars deposit charged by brokers after I got my car shipped, which means you will never get you car shipped at their price. And they never told me about this. They just inert your car info into a internal website that can be viewed by drivers and leave you alone. Do not imagine that they will tell you what is going on.

I called over 10 times to ask them about my car status, emailed several times and left tons of voice messages because they did not pick up, they never, never respond to me or give me any information about the shipping process. I called my credit card company to get my deposit back, you can not imagine what is happening now, silva auto transport shamelessly dispute about that, and asked credit card agent to tell me that they can only give $150 out of $200 of the deposit back. I guess that is how silva survived by keeping clients' deposit.

To conclusion with a quote: " I just hope my best enemy will use their service."
