After placing my order with Silva and giving them pick up date, available, date, etc. I tried calling them several times to confirm my order was received as well as to get an estimate on pick up time as I would be traveling and would arrange alterate receipt in case I was not available. No response after several calls, only the recording. I sent a follow up email asking for confirmation of order and a time frame and stauts. They did respond to the email only to say that I would be called when a driver was found. Instantly I knew they had no drivers and no time frame. I gave them a time frame to locate a driver and to make good on the order and received no response, an dstill no answer on their " 7 days a week" call us anytime advertising. I have cancelled the "order" and will contest any charge to my card since no response, no follow up, no delivery. I checked some reviews afte rthe fact (mistake) and found my experience seems to b the norm. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
