Received the cheapest quote via email ($500) to ship my recently purchased motorcycle from CO to Florida by open carrier rig. I completed their online order form and provided the $200 required deposit on a Friday afternoon. I called Monday because I did not receive a confirmation email or a follow-up phone call with instructions or anything. Finally after several calls, a woman answered the phone and confirmed that my order was processed, and that it would only take a couple days to have the bike picked up. I called back on Wednesday and had to leave a voicemail. Thursday, I sent them an email expressing my concern that no one has contacted me about my shipment. Friday I called and canceled the order after no returned calls or emails. They have yet to contact me back about my calls or emails. I've contacted Am-EX to dispute the deposit, so hopefully I'll be refunded promptly. I should've found this site and read the reviews first, because this has to be the worst run company I've ever encountered. I hope someone sues them for bad business practices.
