I was lied to numerous times regarding pick up date(s). Had much difficulty in getting through to talk to someone about what was happening. They did not work with me when my circumstances and situation changed. They run their business only under their circumstances and situation. If you need your vehicle picked up on a certain date, and they tell you that there should be no problem, and that you are giving them enough time, you probably should not count on it. I was inconvienced, disappointed many times and robbed. So, I am not happy with what happened.
