Although my truck was late to Alaska by a few days, I understand the circumstances because of winter road conditions in Alaska. However, my experience overall was a positive one, and my truck got to it's destination safe and undamaged. They even cleaned it when it got there. The reason my experience was positive was because of the service rep I was fortunate enough to have gotten...Kevin Matthews (ph 305-428-2802). Mr. Matthews demonstrated to me that he is a man of honor, integrity, and complete expert in his field of logistics, and he knows how to treat his customers. I admit that shipping my vehicle was somewhat stressful because of so many bad reviews I had read about people's experiences. Mine could have been one of those bad ones, except it wasn't, and I give all the credit to Kevin Matthews for keeping me informed and making himself available to address any concerns I might have had (even on Super Bowl Sunday!) I can't say enough about how much appreciation and respect I have for him. If you need a vehicle moved, put your trust in Kevin Matthews, (ph 305-428-2802) and you will be given top notch customer service. You can trust him. He is a true professional logistics manager.
