I was looking to transport my vehicle from Pennsylvania to California. I found Silver Express on line along with many others and was leary of all of them. I had never done this before and didn't know who was reliable. After reading the statement by Robert Martin I was impressed by his honesty and felt that he might be the one to handle my vehicle. He also had posted his MC number which I had read is necessary for legitimacy and gave very specific facts included in the move. I called the company number and had a long detailed conversation with him personally.He was a true gentleman and very professional and answered all of my questions and calmed my fears. I am a woman and was very apprehensive. After all of the paper work was sent to me we set a date for the move. They came right to my small town and picked up the car. The move took 14 days total (he had told me about 10) . He was in touch with me to reassure me that it was fine and not to worry. I was encouraged to call him as much as I wanted to. It arrived safely just somewhat dirty on the exterior but in the condition it left. I would use him again in a heartbeat and could not have found a more trustworthy person. The experience started out full of doubt on my part but ended up to be exactly as I had hoped. Thank you Robert. I hope this review sends many customers your way.
