I had been searching for a reasonably priced way to bring my car across the country and had contacted a number of services and received numerous quote. I was refereed to Robert through a friend, and am soo happy I chose to go with Silver Express Logistics. They gave me the best deal around, no hidden fees or random extra charges, I had read horror stories about other companies that give you a good deal but then charge you all these hidden fees. This is NOT the case here! The amount that was quoted was the amount I paid and not a cent more. Robert was very pleasant to talk with and very accommodating. They were able to pick my car up within a week of me calling to inquire for a quote, the pick up went very smoothly, and before I knew it (only one week!) my car had gone across country and was being dropped off. The drop off was also very accommodating, they were able to deliver to my work, so I didn't even have to leave to pick up the car. The only thing that was a little hard for me, was the final payment, on delivery, could not be placed on my credit card. So I ended up paying with cash (there are other options, I just found this the easiest for me) which was a little inconvenient, but nothing more than that. I marked dirty above, because the car was just cleaned before transport, and when it arrived it was in need of another cleaning. But it also wasn't really THAT bad, it was just typical dirt one would expect from an open carrier driving across the country. This is just me being nitpicky, everything else went above and beyond my expectations. These guys are honest, punctual, and very accommodating.
I will totally use Silver Express Logistics again, Robert is excellent to work with, the whole transport experience was fast, easy, and concise. If you are reading this looking for a transport, look no farther, you won't find a better deal around, and the service is excellent!!
