To say I was satisfied with Kevin is an understatement. I hired a "wrong" company before him and they basically took my deposit and then did NOTHING. So learn from my mistake- do NOT give a "deposit" for work that may never happen.
Kevin, however, was on top of the communication game, didn't take money until he'd found a carrier, and made the process so smooth. The carriers who delivered the car were also great, letting me know when they were almost at the car, when they were there, when they were on their way to me, etc.
It took a couple of days to find a carrier because of the origin location of my car. Kevin kept in touch throughout to let me know he was working on it, explain why it would take a few days, but was optimistic that it would work out quickly. He was right.
