This company went the extra mile with us. After they got paid, Christina our "rep" called us several times to make sure we were informed with the process & make sure we got the car on time. In this business that is rare especially when they have been paid. I had just gotten a low quote from BWT Group LLC dba Movewheels.com, this company did a :bate & switch on us. We told them we needed our car in OKC. on or before November 8,2018. We signed a contract and our car was suppose to get picked up on Saturday November 3,2018. It didn't. The driver canceled, BWT said they would find another driver and my car would be picked up on Sunday. that didn't happen. They told us that they had 5 days to pick up the car, and that the price was a quote not a guarantee. They kept giving us numbers to call them back every number had a different area code. I called my attorney, while talking to him he looked company up on BBB. This company is out of Florida and out of the US. BBB has reported that this company will give you a low price "bate" then can't find a driver that will take the low price to transport car. My attorney showed us how to get out of contract. BTW did nothing but waste my time. Now it was Sunday the 4th. and I had 4 days to our get car to OKC. Silver Express Logistic emailed me a quote and then called me first thing Monday. Christina was our "rep" she told us that she could have our car picked up today and get it to OKC. Tuesday November 6th. I was very spectacle about what she was saying. Christina explained the whole process to us, she told us the difference between a quote and a guaranteed price to ship our car. She had called the driver and made sure he could transport our car before she sent the contract. We reviewed contract and paid the authorization Fee with credit card through the web. after that she emailed me drivers contact information within 5 minutes of paying the fee. I called driver he said he would be at my location in 2 hrs. Christina also called us to tell us same thing. Two drivers came just as dispatch said & picked car up. Christina called to make sure they picked up car and if everything went okay, She called us Tuesday the 6th and told us an ETA on car getting to OKC. The car was at the destination at 11:00am OKC. time, Christina called again to make sure car was in OKC. and to make sure everything was satisfactorily. that's why I recommend using Sliver Express Logistics as your brokers to transport your vehicle like I did. Thank God for a great company like this one, No games honest and willing to make sure you are completely satisfied with their services even after they have gotten paid. I dealt with Christina her direct number is 239-301-3947. I hope this review is helpful I wish I would of known all the dirty tricks this industry has and how easy it is to get suckered. Thank God for good companies like Sliver Express Logistics...
