relocated my car from California to Maryland.
Picked-up on time as promised. But, never received my car on time. After 5 business days of no communication with the company, I received a text message regarding my car location. Hence, I tried calling the company and spoke with the owner - the conversation went wrong, he refused to check the status of my car and called me out on names. It was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and told me that I am not the only customer that they have. This is coming from the owner of its company.
Needless to say, after 5 business days of delay and no communication from the truck driver, I receive my car during the late evening. Without any apologies, driver told me to pay him right away. otherwise, he would impound my car to the yard?!
At that point, I just wanted my car back. And did not want to start an argument. So, I just paid him and got out of there as soon as possible.
Use your own discretion. But, I highly recommend that you AVOID this company!!! I'll take my chances some other companies.
