If you're shipping a nice car I would not recommend this company. Between the time my car was picked up and delivered, the driver took it for a joy ride of 27 miles. It was pretty obvious because instead of delivering my car to me on a flat-bed like I was told, he drove the car itself, even though he claimed it was only for 1 mile.
When I called to complain, they gave me the run-around, and basically told me I had no evidence that the car was driven, even though I do! They obviously didn't care that their driver was driving their customer's car.
That being said, if you're shipping a nice or rare car (like mine), don't let a broker set you up with this company.
