I received excellent service. kaveen answered all my questions. we were informed of drivers cell number as the time for pick up approached. we were shipping the car to mexico. smart auto delivered it to the port earlier than expected. i would recommend this service for anyone shipping a car. great service. the price was $985. payable in cash or cashier's check - the driver's choice. that was surprising to give cash. we own a body shop and never paid a driver in cash. but this was o.k. to do. the car arrived at scheduled.
