This company was very prompt in responding with a quote and surprisingly prompt in setting a date for pick-up. The office personell were curteous and well informed and answered all of my questions.

Once the date was set, the driver called to give me approximate pick-up times which I was able to coordinate with the vendor who had the vehicle. He gave me a workable window to work in which I felt was reaonable. Unlike some service people who may give you an AM or PM timeframe and tie up most of a day. The driver from Smart was very accomodating and kept me informed.

Once the vehicle was picked up, I was given an approximate delivery date with the promise that he would keep me informed on the progress and call me when he got in the area. The driver did as he promised and I was able to communicate with the person at the destination and not tie him up needlessly.

The vehicle arrived safely, was unloaded and inspected with the receiver. The driver worked with the receiver to show any specifics that needed to be shared about the vehicle.

All in all, this was very positive experience and the cost was reasonable.

I wish I could remember the drivers name as I would like to thank him for a job well done!

I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and others who might have a similar need.
