At first, I was a little apprehensive that one company (Smart Auto) took my order but another company (B&L Transportation) actually did the transport. However, the people at Smart Auto were very response to my questions and concerns. I had a little trouble understanding the delivery driver. However, when he arrived very close to the time of day he said he was going to arrive. Also, it was clear from the way he unloaded my car that he had taken great care to make sure it was not inadvertently damaged or scratched. My cousin, who was on the pick-up side of the transport and was there when the car was loaded for delivery had the same experience - hard time understanding the driver but impressed by the care given to loading it. Overall, I was very statisfied both with Smart Auto and B&L transportation. I would highly recommend both to friends and family.
