The dispatcher, Anthony Nunez, was direct and forthright. I trusted his approach and his selection of the driver to take our car to North Carolina for repair.

The driver, Val of VH Express, called me the night before the pickup of my car, and as promised, called us an hour before showing up the next morning. His estimate was right on target. He was polite, courteous, and effective, and took excellent care to load and secure our 24-year-old sports car safely. He was just the sort of driver we had hoped for. High marks for his professionalism.
