It seems this company has an issue with timing after reading the other reviews. They also have an issue with their irate dispatcher who can't articulate clearly and expects customers to know where a semi truck will fit. They were four days late and mad I made them wait for 45 minutes for me to arrive to pick the vehicle up. I was also over charged by $150.00 but my vehicle wouldn't be released unless I paid the funds (extortion at it's finest). I tried to be understanding when their truck broke down but after reading other reviews, it appears to be a consistent issue or a go to excuse. Did I mention my huband who is retired from the Air Force and served seven tours in the Middle East had his military coins stolen out of the vehicle and they won't answer their phone now??? Eff these guys.
