Salma helped me to look for a driver that would meet my transfer offer. Unfortunately, that driver later declined the transport, so Salma got busy and found another driver quickly and she apologized for the first driver's withdrawal. My vehicle was picked up by the second driver within two days time and delivered in a timely and undamaged condition. Salma is a very good agent to have working for you and I would recommend her to anyone who wants to have a reliable person helping them with their transport. She is very accessible and replies to questions in a very timely manner, unlike some of the other agents at other transport booking companies I dealt with, who replied days later. She is very professional and works hard to make your transport a success. She certainly did mine !
