After having an immense amount of trouble with whoever the first rep was (whom they said they let go of)--the team reached out and helped me tremendously. Alex Frost was the one who I was in contact with throughout the duration of successfully getting my car returned to me. He was communicative and able to mend any mistake the first person made.
