Fiona Rivera was very kind and patient in helping me transport my vehicle. I was given a quote and a pickup date, but the day came and the driver never confirmed. It ended up being about a week or two until my car was picked up because the prices shot up around the holidays. All of this was very very frustrating, but Fiona was super quick to respond and did everything she could to help. Once the car was picked up, it arrived within a few days. The driver was so nice and came right on time. Only complaint about the delivery/transport itself was that the car above mine had a major oil spill and left a gross spot on the hood of my car. Came out with a car wash, but still annoying to have an extra trip. Anyways, Fiona was great but beware that pricing may be subject to change.
