Sonic Auto Transportation provided me with an outstanding interstate towing experience. When life gives you lemons you make lemonade right? Thanks to Marcos Cook, I was able to get my car from NC to GA with no stress at all. His quote came in promptly and it was more than fair compared to some his competitors. I was impressed with his professional and friendly demeanor. We alternated between phone calls, text and email which made my life much simpler as I was stranded with limited resources. Marcos answered all my questions and clearly outlined what to expect. There were no hidden charges and I appreciated his thoroughness. I was impressed when he informed me of the arrival ETA and follow-ed up to make sure there were no problems with the delivery. Sonic Auto Transportation and Marcos did an outstanding job of making the best of a bad situation for me. I was able to rest well knowing my car was in capable hands. They treated it as if it was their own vehicle. Something that I don't see often and I greatly appreciate the peace of mind they provided.
