Dear Iulian, we are so sorry to let you down. Unfortunately, it's a common problem for your route to receive cancellations from the drivers since they often change routes and cancel on us. But we are working hard to be able to provide you with the best options. As per your shipping agent, Kylie, we made sure to talk to her and explained all the importance of good customer service and she promised to handle her orders in the best way.
