Please accept our sincerest apologies regarding your order. According to our database, your driver had his truck broken right before the scheduled time so we had to cancel and look for another option, which was a lot more expensive. We are so sorry to let you down and hope that you will give us another chance to look for a driver for the original price. Thank you for your honest feedback!
